Forgot Username

Users can retrieve their iPaaS username by clicking the Forgot Username link on the iPaaS Log In page.

To retrieve your username

1. On the iPaaS Log In page, click Forgot Username under the Username field.
2. From the Forgot Username page, type the email address associated with the user account.
3. Click Submit. If the email address matches an account and is unique within iPaaS, an email is sent with your user information.
