Security Questions

The Security Questions tab allows users manage their forgotten password security questions and answers. When users log into PeopleFluent iPaaS for the first time, they are prompted to create security questions and answers.  

Security questions should adhere to the following standards:

• All security questions and answers must be completed.
• All security questions must be at least 10 characters long.
• All security answers must be at least 4 characters long.
• Security questions cannot be repeated.
• Security answers must be different from the security questions.

If your company allows automatic single-sign-on to your PeopleFluent applications using your company network credentials, the following message appears above the Security Questions page when updating your questions and answers:

You may log into the PeopleFluent Suite either automatically using a hyperlink provided to you or manually at login.peoplefluent.com. If you login manually at login.peoplefluent.com and click on the 'Forgot Password' link, you will be asked to answer one of these security questions.

To create your security question

1. On the iPaaS Navigation Button, click User Settings. The User Settings page opens.

2. Navigate to the Security Questions tab.

3. Type a unique security question in the Question 1 field.

4. Type an answer in the Answer 1 field.

5. Repeat steps 3 through 4 for Question 2 and Question 3.

6. Click Save.
