PeopleFluent provides several options for obtaining assistance to maximize user proficiency in all PeopleFluent products.
To access the help files associated with an application, click Help at the top right corner of the iPaaS Customer Administration Console between the Login and Logout hyperlinks. Information in the help file system is organized to closely resemble the options listed on the navigation panel or functional tabs.
Additionally, files that describe a specific task are ordered in the logical task completion order.
You can use several methods in the electronic help files to locate the information you need about the iPaaS Administration Console:
Click the Contents button and find the topic you need in the table of contents. To display a topic, click the topic title in the table of contents.
Click the Search button, type the word or phrase you want to search for and press Enter. A list of topics containing the word(s) you entered is displayed. To display a topic, click the topic title. The entered search terms will be highlighted in the text.
